Maintaining Progress during Lockdown
Lockdown and training, something that started off as a two-week strict restriction to fight COVID-19 has turned into a year-long fight with no real progress - I mean that in the sense that we have had lockdown after lockdown with no real end in sight. Can you really depend on Motivation to keep you going?
I'm so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm going to burst the bubble straight away....unfortunately, No you can't depend on Motivation...

Staying Lean in Quarantine...
We are so so so ready for things to go back to some sort of normal. This whole situation is just totally insane. You would look outside the window and think there is nothing wrong, yet the whole world is fighting a global pandemic.
